EPS' Nereda licence extended to cover Northern Ireland and Scotland

Licence Extension

EPS Group has been awarded an extension to our existing licence to deliver Royal HaskoningDHV’s Nereda technology in Northern Ireland and Scotland, bringing enhanced benefits to even more UK water customers.

EPS has worked with Royal HaskoningDHV for 7 years and has successfully delivered three Nereda projects in Ireland, under its existing licence for the technology. The company has also successfully delivered Nereda projects at Great Dunmow for Anglian Water, Dungannon for Northern Ireland Water and Inverurie for Scottish Water. Currently, EPS is supporting Scottish Water and their delivery partner ESD in the delivery of a second Nereda project for Scotland at Winchburgh, the company has also supported a number of Nereda projects globally.

Building on its proven experience in successfully delivering Nereda technology in the UK and Ireland, the decision to award EPS an extended territory into Northern Ireland and Scotland, provides both companies with the opportunity to further develop relationships with the water companies in these regions.

Building on our 7 year relationship with Royal HaskoningDHV and their revolutionary Nereda technology, this licence extension is a very welcome development and is a natural fit for EPS Group in terms of covering Northern Ireland and Scotland, markets where we are already firmly established, through our investment in DPS (NI) and more recently, Ferrier Pumps (Scotland).

This local footprint will allow us to utilise local capacity and resources as well as our extensive experience with Nereda to deliver an enhanced offering for various customers and clients in exploring potential projects which could be suitable for Nereda technology.

Our 7 year working relationship with RHDHV and knowledge of Nereda technology ensures enhanced benefits for our customers, earlier supplier engagement for detailed design, delivery, planning and cost analysis; access to an enhanced resource pool and skill sets for the design, delivery, post commissioning and optimisation of Nereda technology; access to our significant learnings and experience in the area of off-site delivery in accordance with DfMA principles and a deeper integration of Nereda solutions with upstream and downstream assets. We are very much looking forward to engaging with all delivery stakeholders in both Northern Ireland and Scotland to support their respective investment plans in partnership with RHDHV and their team
