EPS/Murphy secure South East Water Contract

EPS and J Murphy & Sons have recently been awarded the Crampton Road water treatment works upgrade.

Located north of Seven Oaks, adjacent to the M26, Crampton water treatment works produces water for two reservoirs at Riverhill and Solefields, with a current capacity of 22 MLD.

The EPS/Murphy contract comprises the design and construction of a new building to house a new high lift pumping station, MCC, chemical storage and dosing equipment and all associated suction and delivery pipework.

Works will also include new surge protection and a full MEICA and civil works package.

High lift pumps include 2 x 200kw and 2 x 400kw with dosing systems for sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulphate and phosphoric acid.

The EPS/Murphy partnership is a unique offering in the marketplace and this current project is ongoing evidence of further value for our customers.
