EPS Group Welcomes Dublin's Industrial Pumps & Process

Cork headquartered EPS Group has further expanded its presence in Ireland with the acquisition of Industrial Pumps and Process (IPP) Ltd., the Dublin based, market leading supplier of pumping and associated plant to the building services and industrial sectors.

Established in 1995, IPP consists of a small but vastly experienced team of pumping professionals with a wealth of knowledge in the supply, assembly, commissioning & servicing of pumping and associated ancillary plant.

Frank Nugent, Managing Director of IPP, says “We are proud of the company that IPP has become over the last 27 years, having cultivated a reputation for excellence, expertise and knowledge in the building services and equipment sectors along the way. We are looking forward to continuing to serve our loyal customers and providing them with more extensive, value-added services as part of EPS Group”.

“By welcoming IPP to the Group, we’re adding immense knowledge and expertise to our existing team, strengthening our position in the building services sector, growing our branch network to include Dublin, supporting our Data Centre growth strategy and creating a closer relationship with valued product partners”.

Mr. Buckley feels that the growing Data Centre sector is an area where the combination of IPP and EPS will really come to the fore. “Separately, IPP and EPS have Data Centre customers, with IPP focusing more on equipping the plant room, EPS more on water cooling, treatment and after-sales activities, but by working together, we will provide a more integrated, whole-life cycle approach to the provision of products, plant, service and maintenance as we support Data Centre activities under construction in Ireland and across Europe. We firmly believe that by combining forces with IPP, we can leverage our experience in digital engineering; DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly); modular solutions and our established relationships with technology partners to benefit our Data Centre customers”.
