DESCRIPTION
We have a vacancy for a Temporary Operator to join our Operations team for three months based at Dundalk Wastewater Treatment Plant, Co. Louth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- General duties both inside and outside in all weathers including manual work
- Process monitoring and completing record sheets and taking process samples
- General housekeeping activities such as cleaning and washing plant and areas down and grounds maintenance also required
- Standard day time hours of work are part of this role including weekend plant checks on a rota
- The role involves regular stand by and call out on a rota
- Full training will be given to the successful candidate
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally with a mechanical plant or operations background with some process experience
- Good use of reading English and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy and the ability to use phone apps
- The person will live in the locality and have a full clean driving licence
