We have an immediate vacancy for a Site Engineer / Site Manager in Dublin (Grange Castle area).


  • Co-ordination of EPS’ installation and commissioning works on site
  • Liaise with Main Contractor and EPS PM on installation schedule
  • Attend weekly / daily site meetings
  • On Site procurement
  • Create Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) or review and authorise from all EPS subcontractors on site, submission of same to client and act on any recommendations / amendments
  • Co-ordinate site inductions (inductions carried out by main contractor)
  • Daily safe plan of action forms
  • Carry out weekly toolbox talks and maintain records of same
  • Supervision and monitoring of all site activities to ensure compliance with RAMS such as sufficient edge protection, required signage, confined space, access/egress etc.
  • Manage snagging and defects process
  • Implement required actions, improvements and close out of all HSQE audit findings
  • Assist in the compilation of the project safety file / O&M file for handover
  • Develop and maintain the site HSQE filing system
  • Provide document control support to site PM and maintain EPS construction document registers
  • Prepare and submit monthly site progress reports
  • Attendance at monthly EPS progress meetings
  • Develop and maintain project asset register
  • Development of equipment commissioning plans and paperwork


  • Proficiency in PC skills to include all MS office software
  • Working knowledge of conditions of contracts
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and communication skills
  • Strong engineering, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in implementing opportunities and initiatives in a time restricted schedule
  • Organize and plan technical meetings with clients and consulting engineers
  • Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish stated deadlines
