DESCRIPTION
We have an exciting opportunity for Service & Repairs Administrator to join our team. This role will be based out of our branch in Naas, Co.Kildare.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate all the administration aspects of our water treatment service and repair business
- Prepare work orders and purchase orders on our management system and agree
- Coordinate and manage invoicing and debt collection for service team
- Manage invoicing of service work, be it Irish Water, local authority or private clients
- Liaise with Engineers and technicians to ensure work is completed and recorded correctly
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the prompt delivery of parts and the management of stock items
- Provide support to Service/Repairs including the receipt of calls and enquiries and distribution of same to the relevant personnel
REQUIREMENTS
- Provide support for reception as and when necessary
- Carry out other relevant administration tasks as required from time to time by management.
- As you are part of a Service/Repair team you are required to support other areas of the department when the need arises i.e. when colleagues are on leave or absent from work
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Teams
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in accounting would be desirable
