DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting opportunity for Service & Repairs Administrator to join our team. This role will be based out of our branch in Naas, Co.Kildare.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate all the administration aspects of our water treatment service and repair business
  • Prepare work orders and purchase orders on our management system and agree
  • Coordinate and manage invoicing and debt collection for service team
  • Manage invoicing of service work, be it Irish Water, local authority or private clients
  • Liaise with Engineers and technicians to ensure work is completed and recorded correctly
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure the prompt delivery of parts and the management of stock items
  • Provide support to Service/Repairs including the receipt of calls and enquiries and distribution of same to the relevant personnel

REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide support for reception as and when necessary
  • Carry out other relevant administration tasks as required from time to time by management.
  • As you are part of a Service/Repair team you are required to support other areas of the department when the need arises i.e. when colleagues are on leave or absent from work
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Teams
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in accounting would be desirable
