We have an immediate vacancy for a Service and Repairs Administrator based from our branch in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Following the initial training period and at the discretion of management hybrid working is available.


  • Managing and coordinating all of the administration aspects of our service and repair business
  • Preparing work orders on our management system and agreeing with schedulers when work can be carried out
  • Generating purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers in relation to works
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure the prompt delivery of parts
  • Liaising with service supervisors, engineers and technicians to ensure work is completed, recorded correctly, closed out and invoiced for
  • Maintaining the service contracts and service management /scheduling system
  • Working with the accounts department in respect of the service teams invoicing, debt collection and customer account queries
  • Carrying out other relevant administration tasks as required from time to time
  • As you are part of a team, you may be required to support other areas of the department when the need arises i.e. when colleagues are on leave or absent from work


  • Experience in accounting/bookkeeping and or ERP software (SAP or IFS) is desirable. Training would be considered for the right candidate (those with accounts/bookkeeping skills)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Teams (for communication and work reports)
  • You will need to have excellent organisation, communication and strong time management skills
  • You will be required to be flexible and willing to work to tight deadlines when required
  • You will have to have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all areas of your work
