DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for a Project Administrator, reporting to the Commercial Project Co-ordinator to join our Contracts team, based in Mallow, Co. Cork.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing of interim and final account payments
- Engaging and reporting on monthly project commercial review meetings with project teams
- Preparing monthly reports on financial status of projects
- Preparing cash flow forecast reports
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication with fluent English
- Computer literate, must have good IT skills, knowledge of internal finance management software systems would be an advantage
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organisational skills, including multi-tasking
- Excellent time management and be able to work on one’s own initiative
