DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Administrator to work on a part time basis (22 hours per week) based in our head office in Mallow, Co. Cork.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct liaison with Managing Director and Marketing & Communications Manager
- Develop project specific documents and presentations as required
- Support the business unit managers and key team members to establish and maintain relationships with key clients and influencers
- Stock management, ordering and PO creation
- Managing subscriptions, renewals, procurement
- Any other admin duties may be assigned from time to time
- Support the creation of content for the company website, brochures, digital and social media campaigns and general marketing material
- Booking of external events and courses
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn (or have experience of) tools such as InDesign for company templates
- A drive to deliver excellence
- Ability to work in a meticulous manner
- MS Office Skills
- Experience of reviewing documentation and providing updates and feedback
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work within a team and willing to step outside the role when required
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Have a positive and proactive attitude
