We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Administrator to work on a part time basis (22 hours per week) based in our head office in Mallow, Co. Cork.


  • Direct liaison with Managing Director and Marketing & Communications Manager
  • Develop project specific documents and presentations as required
  • Support the business unit managers and key team members to establish and maintain relationships with key clients and influencers
  • Stock management, ordering and PO creation
  • Managing subscriptions, renewals, procurement
  • Any other admin duties may be assigned from time to time
  • Support the creation of content for the company website, brochures, digital and social media campaigns and general marketing material
  • Booking of external events and courses


  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn (or have experience of) tools such as InDesign for company templates
  •  A drive to deliver excellence
  • Ability to work in a meticulous manner
  • MS Office Skills
  • Experience of reviewing documentation and providing updates and feedback
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work within a team and willing to step outside the role when required
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Have a positive and proactive attitude
