DESCRIPTION
We have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team. You will be primarily responsible for the support, administration, and maintenance of all IT equipment utilized by EPS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The setup, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of all Windows devices (desktops and laptops), primarily on Windows 10 and 11 Professional
- Installation of software, managing Anti-virus and O365 administration and setup for the organization
- Installation and maintenance of peripheral devices such as printers, scanners and handheld devices including tablets
- Telephone support for both mobile and landline solutions
- Assist with remote support of users and sites via phone and remote control tools
REQUIREMENTS
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems, primarily 10 and 11 Pro
- Hardware and software installation and upgrade knowledge
- MFP printer working knowledge
- Ability to work with both Android and iOS devices
- Must be able to work as on their own as well as part of a team on projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, dependability and good problem solving skills
