We have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team. You will be primarily responsible for the support, administration, and maintenance of all IT equipment utilized by EPS.


  • The setup, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of all Windows devices (desktops and laptops), primarily on Windows 10 and 11 Professional
  • Installation of software, managing Anti-virus and O365 administration and setup for the organization
  • Installation and maintenance of peripheral devices such as printers, scanners and handheld devices including tablets
  • Telephone support for both mobile and landline solutions
  • Assist with remote support of users and sites via phone and remote control tools


  • Good understanding of Windows operating systems, primarily 10 and 11 Pro
  • Hardware and software installation and upgrade knowledge
  • MFP printer working knowledge
  • Ability to work with both Android and iOS devices
  • Must be able to work as on their own as well as part of a team on projects
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn, dependability and good problem solving skills
