DESCRIPTION
Actively recruiting for a dynamic Administrator to join our Minor Contracts team, based in Mallow, Co. Cork.
Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Engineer, you will be joining a team of 8 for a varied and challenging role, with a great opportunity to upskill in a growing company in the utility industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the administration of department ERP system
- Support the projects team by completing daily administrative tasks
- Create purchase orders, delivery dockets and invoicing
- Database management – updating of spreadsheets
- Preparation of e-mails, letters and reports as required
- Provide general administration support for department as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in an integrated multi user accounts package is desirable
- Strong computer literacy: MS Excel and Word
- Excellent numeracy skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- A flexible, positive attitude towards work
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- An ability to prioritise own workload
