Actively recruiting for a dynamic Administrator to join our Minor Contracts team, based in Mallow, Co. Cork.

Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Engineer, you will be joining a team of 8 for a varied and challenging role, with a great opportunity to upskill in a growing company in the utility industry.


  • Responsible for the administration of department ERP system
  • Support the projects team by completing daily administrative tasks
  • Create purchase orders, delivery dockets and invoicing
  • Database management – updating of spreadsheets
  • Preparation of e-mails, letters and reports as required
  • Provide general administration support for department as necessary


  • Experience in an integrated multi user accounts package is desirable
  • Strong computer literacy: MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent numeracy skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • A flexible, positive attitude towards work
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • An ability to prioritise own workload
